  Command Post plug in

  Has anyone used Command Post as a plug in for moving markers with the footage when importing an edit from FCPX into DaVinci . Keen not to loose all the work I have put in so far with markers and key wording in FCPX but need to move over to DaVinci as sick of waiting for the “wheel of doom ” because its not coping with the size of film / amount of footage and its become impossible to finish the film. I am wondering about the fact the plug in is saying it needs to record the screen ,
