Coming from FCP.. question about logging.
When working in FCP when I make a name change to the source clip it changes across all instances. Am I able to do this?
If I drag clips to the timeline and then change their names in the project window it doesn’t update on the timeline. Same goes with changing names on the timeline it doesn’t update in the project window either.
OSX 10.6.4
Equipment: 2.8 ghz 8 core Intal Mac Pro, 20 gig of ram
Aps: CS5 Production Bundle, FCP Suite 2, Avid Media Composer -

Right, renaming a master clip will not ripple to the instances of the clip in the timeline. More info here: https://help.adobe.com/en_US/premierepro/cs/using/WSBA51EBE5-6951-4d3d-9C88-87D792E6648D.html
