comical looking font in FCP interface tabs
i had to recover my system using a clone drive made last year. all looks good except that in the FCP interface tabs the font is now a comical style font. how would i get back to the normal font that FCP uses. looked on the forums and could not find an answer.

could be you have a duplicate font, or there is a comical type font that has adopted the name of the font FCP uses.
open the Font Book app, and do a search for duplicate fonts (under one of the menus, from memory)
i also seem to remember you can preview the dupes and choose which one to delete.nick
