  comform 7d files in MPEG streanclip

  Hello, I have to convert 7D 25fps clips to 23,97. I have Final Cut but I dont have the cinema tools app. I heard I can use the MEPG converter. I did already transfer the files to prores 422. Do I have to go from the original files? what would be the process to comform MEPG?
