I have two camera solves from Boujou that I’d like to combine in c4d. The shot required two solves, one for the handheld camera panning and the second solve as the camera begins to dolly forward.

What would be the best way to attach these together seamlessly in C4d? I’ve tried putting my two sequences together but only one camera will work in the perspective view. When the transition comes to the second solve, the plate animates and moves normally, but the tracking data stands still and wont stick like the first one.

Use a stage object to switch between cameras.

I’ve connected the two solves using a stage object in c4d and things are going ok.. But is there a way to combine the solves into one camera?

The problem I have run into is that I have to reposition matchmove object (text on this case) for the second scene. The two cameras exist in totally different positions in the world space, so manually matching the objects position, scale, rotation is what I’ve resorted to.
