  • Combining image sequences as layers?

Posted by Philip Redfearn on July 12, 2008 at 4:38 pm

    Hi,

I have two image sequences in two folders :

    A0001.tif, A002.tif, A003.tif, etc
    B0001.tif, B001.tif, B003.tif, etc

I’m trying to create an Action that will open A001, and then place or paste B001 on top of it as a new layer. And then repeat with A002 and B002, etc. All I seem to be able to acheive is all the A images with B001 placed on top. How can I get the B images to be selected in sequence?

Is what I’m trying to do even possible? Is there an Automator or AppleScript to do this (I’ve no experience of either!)

    Any help appreciated. 🙂
