  “Combing” on DVD but not on video files

  Hi all,

  I have a problem with DVD I made for a client. It has a lot of quality loss from original HDV (.mts) to the DVD. I use premiere CS5 to edit then export .mov 100% quality then encore to make the DVD. It seems there is an interlacing issue also as when the DVD is played on the computer there a ‘combing’ lines.

  Can someone please advise on best settings from Premiere and also Encore?
