    hey there… i am trying to use 2 seperate *aep files.. i mean i hv 2 seperate compositions in 2 seperate file.. wanna merge them.. cant do it..
    tried copying comp to clipboard.. but no go..
    pls adivse..

    Often if I have two projects that both need to render that night, I’ll create a third AE project and just import my other two into it. When you import an AE project, it brings everything, including the render queue, which makes it handy for creating a batch render of multiple projects.

    Just goto file > import and select the .aep with the comp that you want. You will then have the whole second .aep in your current project.

    i ve same problem here, i ve 2 seperate .aep files and i need some comp that in file 1… how can i merge compositions in to a my other project file???
