  Colour loss in my card

  Hi All deck link users, I am runnig the black magic card and it has just dropped a colour into the broadcast monitor.

  Cables are all fine, capture via SDI is fine and plays back in good colour on coputer monitor. I can monitor via a deck (when I have one in) but all reds on extrenal broadcast monitor look green now.

  This has happened once before and decklink replaced the card but now exactly the same problem!!? Is this a common fault? Has anyone else experienced this as I don’t want to get another replcamenet card only to find the same problem happens again 6 months down the line?

  Any help would be great
