I am still quite new to resolve and I played a little around in Resolve 9.1.5
I made some corrections, rendered as ProRes 422 HQ and imported this file
in FCP X 10.0.9 Phew, what a difference.

(New iMac 27″, screen ist calibrated D65, sRGB, 140cd but no matter how
it should look the same in both apps)

Original footage was recorded by a Samurai Blade in ProRes HQ, it was
directly imported into Resolve, no xml roundtrip .
There is also a shift looking at untouched files

what could be wrong in my resolve settings? Both in clip attribute and render
settings levels are auto and so far no change from my side. Thanks for your time.

Resolves display window is not color managed. You are meant to look at picture through a video io card (decklink) on broadcast monitor. Render a clip out of fcp and compare both in qt. they should look the same.
