  Coloring stills without adding correction to background graphic

  I’m working with stills and have them animated with Boris Pan and Zoom. Behind that is a background graphic. I want to now color correct the stills but it’s adding the effect to the background.

  I have tried all kinds of ways around this, like grading and exporting with alpha, using different layer configurations, and different key effects. Nothing is working. I’m pretty sure I’ve done this in the past but can’t remember how.

  Any ideas?
