Hello, I recently received an IPS monitor for my birthday an LG IPS235 to be specific. It is a huge step up from my little 19″ dell and I love it but I am having some issues.

The problem I am having is that when I am done adjusting the levels, and cleaning up them image to the point where I am happy with it – I seem to get a much different result when I save it to jpeg or especially upload it to Facebook. Needless to say this has me concerned with consistency of my image over various devices.

In photoshop the image looks great but after being saved and viewed on another monitor or uploaded to Facebook I can see where the photo has been edited and the image is generally much brighter than the file in photoshop.

I have been a photographer for almost 10 years and have never run into this issue. Any advice or anyone having a similar issue? Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.
