colored vertical lines appearing on video after exporting
Bit of a dilemma…
Recently tried exporting a project (small 2 min video) for my company’s website. We are using a flash media server, so the format is F4v. We import MTS and the aspect ratio we use is 720×480
Since we are embedding into a page with height and width restrictions, the actual size of the video is changed to 610×312. We usually get the black vertical letter box bars on each side. So rather than have those bars appear I just exported the video to those dimensions.
Except now when we play the video, there are blue, green and red vertical lines on the right side of the video. Any body know how to fix this.

Not sure which version you are on but make sure you have installed the latest update.
