Color Space
Hi,
Im using compressor to make mpeg2 files for dvd. original material is xdcam that im downconverting. works fine when i bring into dvd studio pro. thing is, the white are blown out. i want to change the color space in compressor, but it is grayed out and wont let me change it from “default for encoder”
anyway thoughts on how to change this?

What about using Brightness And Contrast in the Filters tab?

Did you grade the XDCam footage? If you are clipping peak whites over 100% by making an mpeg, changing color space won’t help.
