Color shift on export by ref

This sounds like a mixed codec timeline. Most likely your source material is one format, your render codec is something else (e.g. Media 100 i and ProRes). Since they are in different colorspaces when being decoded to RGB by QuickTime, they do not match.

If you want to avoid that you either need to work in only one codec/codec family, or you need to do a QuickTime export to a codec of your choice.

Thanks Floh, I thought I had everything set to ProRes. Is there a graphics setting for codec that I may have missed?
