    Hi,

    I’m on a 1.25GHz PowerMac G4 w/2GB of RAM. I’m using Photoshop 7.

When I go to change my default colors from the color picker in the tool palette I don’t get the color picker. Instead, it invokes the eye-dropper tool.

What’s worse is that the eye-dropper tool won’t select any colors for me.
So that said, my only two colors to use are black and white!

Any ideas how to make the color picker work properly?

    Thanks,

    Ben

    Press: Q

From what you are describing, it appears you have entered “Quick Mask” mode. Exit out of “Quick Mask” mode to have access to colors.
