Hi guys, is there a way to color label the sequence tabs that are on the timeline? I like to work with multiple sequences within the timeline and I would like to easily spot the color tab when needed as oppose to reading the title of the tab, in my case, some sequences are named similarly.

Color coding the sequence tabs on timeline was a feature I was use to in FCP and just wondering if Premiere have it as well. Premiere’s square color labels on the project window just isn’t doing it for me too well. Any advice would help, thanks!

Right click on the clip in the timeline: label.

The OP was asking about labels for sequences, not clips. I’m trying to do the same thing. Anybody know if this is possible? Don’t see the point of color coding things if you can’t see what color you coded it!

As far as I can tell, it’s not possible to color-label tabs. This absolutely needs to be a functional option, as it is in FCP7. How does one submit requests to the Premiere peeps?
