I sometimes shoot at 20,000 ISO with my Canon C100
at an event. It is understandably a bit yellow. The FCP built-in
Color Corrector is limited. What is the best color corrector
    to use with FCP 7?

Also da Vinci Resolve. The lite version is free.

I think, when you shoot with such an high ISO, a lot of Noise and artifacts come into play.
I do suggest to get Neat Video’s Noise Cleaner or the one of Red Giant – both same price tag.
They will do a great job smoothening the digital noise.
For Colour Correction inside FCP (of course DaVinci is way better, but needs a steeper learning curve), Colorista is doing a great job,
as well as Looks from Red Giant – depending what your needs are.
