June 5, 2013 at 4:13 amGet one scene where you want it then give it a name(replace where it says Default toward the top) and then save it by clicking the save icon to the right. you now have a saved preset you can apply to any scene

June 5, 2013 at 8:07 amThere are several places we can apply FXs:
* Directly to an Event on the Timeline – The result of this is that FX is restricted to that Event.
* In the Project Media to the Media – The result of this is that any time that FX-ed Media is dragged to the Timeline the Event will have that FX
* At the Track Header – This results in ALL the Events on that Track being affected.
* Through the Preview Window – This results in ALL the project getting the FX.
* Copy > Paste Event Attributes – This is a quick and easy way of copying an FX and it’s attributes from one Event to another Event. But be warned, ANY Event adjustments will be pasted to the Target Event from the Source Event. Second warning is that now in VP12 the Source will wipe-out any existing Target attributes and be replaced with the Sources atribs.
