    FCP will ingest P2 relatively quickly on its own and Calibrated’s MXF Import allows instant access to P2 in any QT program. Color grading could then happen in FCP with various plugins or in Color. That said, the AF100 isn’t a P2 camera. It records using AVCCAM. That can be transcoded into FCP as ProRes with Log & Transfer and I think ClipWrap will also work (and probably is faster).
