    hi guys,

I am about to do some color correction with FCP, the final output being the internet.
Unfortunately, we do not have access to a proper reference monitor, just a normal LCD display.

Since the final output is for the web, I am not too bothered about not having a broadcast monitor
to look at, although I would appreciate some advice from anyone who has done this before.
I know that all manufacturers will have slightly different defaults on the monitors, and I will attempt
to calibrate the LCD using color bars.

The corrections will not be extreme, it is a documentary so the primary focus is just to balance
    everything out.

any advice on this topic would be much appreciated.
