Color Beams Effect (As seen in the 1990’s NBC Studios Ident)
Hi. Does anybody know how can I make the color beams effect in After Effects or C4D or anything else? I’m making a project and I want my intro to look something like this (a youtube video to see what I’m talking about):

Create a solid, then add Fractal Noise (with heavily tweaked Transform settings) plus Tritone. Repeat this several times and use Add or Screen blend modes to combine them.
