  Collecting Files?

  Hi, I need some advice on collecting files. I finished a project and zipped up all the content including assets and AE project files. I sent them to Europe and they are having trouble altering the files because the files were not collected? I’m not familiar with this.

  When they open the project it’s telling them that all the files are missing although I provided all the assets and they have them. Can anyone clue me in on what this is and what I should do to ensure my colleagues can open and alter the project files without everything being offline? Thanks.
