  Codex workflow advice

  Hello,

  I am currently working in a house rental company, we have recently purchased the Codex Digital system, the onborad and the transfer station.

  We have been testing it on some of the different cameras we have, like the RED, the Alexa and the Phantom Gold HD, its worked great on simple test recordings, but was wondering what people´s experience with it has been.

  This seems like a great product and would be great to get the most out of it.If anyone has any workflows on the cameras mentioned above it would be great to hear them. I will update this post as I discover new things.

  One particular aspect has been trying to find a way of getting the raw cine files from the phantom gold hd. Its limited connectivity means we still need to use the cinestation to do the recording.
  This creates two problems; first its not the raw file which is being recorded, also it would be good to bypass the cinestation and cinemag altogether, and record on the codex on board straight from the camera.

  Any advice on the topic would be greatly appreciated.
