Codec Updates?
Hi I have Vegas 11 Platinum just curious there are always codec updates, do these come with the main Sony version upgrades? I.E. uses 2 MainConcept Codecs version 8.05 (are these current?), Quicktime has its own (7.74 overall version appear to be current), can these be upgraded separately or is this kind of thing absolutely nothing I ever need to worry about……..?

When it comes to Codecs:
1) If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
2) Never, ever install a codec pack on your Vegas system.Steve Mann
