Codec not found
Hi All,
I recently had to reformat my hard drive, and instead of installing FCP 5.1.4 which I had been using… I upgraded to 6.0.5. Software update this my system was totally up to date.
When I try to open the FCP projects that were done in 5.1.4, I get the window to upgrade my project. I select “yes”, but after the project is read, I get the error:
“Codec not found. You may be using a compression type without the corresponding hardware card.”
I tried changing different settings. I even tried to open a new project but still get the same message.
