  Codec for Grfx

  I need to deliver elements that will go on a reel for broadcast. Lower Thirds, side bars ext. My grfx team usually gives me these in Pro Res 4444. We then slate and organize files in FCP and deliver files to another edit. We just found out that these then go into an avid where they convert everything to AVID DNxHD 145. They don’t need the alpha as we also provide mattes. My question is what codec should I have my grfx team deliver to me to help speed rendering and exporting he Pro Res 4444.
