  Codec error when rendering

  Hi,

  I installed sony vegas 8 on my new system and started to edit some video like always. Now when I want to render it out, I get an error message, “There was a Problem with a codec”. I installed the k-lite pro codec pack, which didn’t help. Also all my codec options are gone in After Effects, the list only shows the NTSC DV preset.

  How can I fix my codecs?
