  code ?!?

  I don’t know how u call it, but here goes … i know that when u import footage and apply certain effects to it, adobe “keeps a record” of those changes .. in some kind of code, similar to html or the like .. say that i finished a video and want a record of the effects I applyed ( only the ones visible, not the ones I’ve tried also ) .. can I get it somehow ?!? same question for A.E. & Audition .
