  Cobra Cranes

  This is one of those posts that doesn’t have a specific place…but it’s good news, regardless.

  I have had one of the BEST customer experiences ever with the folks at Cobra Crane in Carlsbad, CA.

  We have lamented frequently about the best in the business to deal and work with, but I’ve got to give Rene Kropf a 10+ for being an absolute joy to purchase from.

  My original Cobra Crane I with an extension just wasn’t up to the load of my JVC camera. I had asked Rene for some suggestions on a fix…I wasn’t trying to get a new Crane, just some help. Rene didn’t
  even question it….he just FEDEX’d the heavy duty model without delay.

  In a day and era when customer service can sometimes really make the difference…these guys have all my future business.
