  CNN lower third title bar

  Does anyone have a useable photoshop file of a lower third background that CNN uses. that you would be willing to share with me? I’m just not Photoshop savvy. I believe it spreads across lower third of the screen
  with a blue gray top and a white/gray bottom. The top is larger for the name, and the bottom is thinner for the person’s title or location. I’m editing a program in 720 X 486 Size. Thanks.
