  cmyk to rgb to cmyk – same color?

  Hi, I have to do some pictures of bottles in 3D, respectively in RBG workspace. The prints on the bottles have unique spot color (cmyk values). I have to convert them to RGB to use them as mapping in 3D, but when I convert them back into cmyk, I never get the same value as before. Even in PS itself converting from cmyk to rgb to cmyk will not generate the same value again. I know that this has to do with the conversion settings, but I have no idea how to manage them for my vlaues. (In fact the whole image is b&w, just one spot color should match the input value).
