    Hey guys!

When I registered on http://www.artbeats.com, they gave me one free clip.

In the clip, there’s a camera moving through purple clouds and a sun (think that was made with the Knoll LightFactory plug-in) is shining all the scenery. When I saw this clip I was like “Woooo, that’s to ossum. There’s surely a way to do this in After Effects!”

So, I was wondering if any of you guys know great Cloud Plug-Ins I could buy to do those stunning cloud scenes.

    Thx a lot! 😀

start with fractal noise (pro bundle effect)
also check out digital anarchy’s Aurora Sky

spelling tip: it’s “awesome”, not “ossum”

u don’t need an external plug in, u can use fractal noise to do the clouds effects..
any way, if u want an easy stuff I recommend 2 plug-ins:
    1. thunderbox sky generator, it gives u the ability to control the sky, the sun and the clouds.. easy, but doesn’t give a lot of options
    2. Dellirium has a clouds system, but u need a good hardware…

Also Trapcode Particular makes great clouds for flythroughs in my opinion. Check out their website for examples of this.

First of all, thx to you guys for the good tips. I’ll try Aurora Sky for sure 😀

    To talid al khatib

I’ll try Thinderbox too, but Delirium and Fractol Noise (witch I have) does not give the ability to control the coulds in 3D space.

    To Yussef

Yeah, I saw the example and it was pretty cool but I didn’t found any tutorial that explained how they did it exactly. But I’ll try anyways.

And I would really like to thx Ugg for the spelling tip, french is my everyday language, I’m just bilingle, and I use “awesome” often 😀

Well, thank’s for your help, if anybody have any plug-in they want to request (if it’s the word) well it would be glady appreciated!

Did you click on the info link under the Trapcode example? It gives you a link to download the AE project file. That with the Particular demo will let you see how it was done.
