Cloth Nurbs Turn into SillyPutty
So I have a pretty simple flag and pole situation. The flag is a plane (cut into the shape of a ragged flag) inside a cloth nurb with a pretty basic cloth tag and a belt tag that attaches one side of it to the pole. I’ve animated the pole to move horizontally but whenever I run the animation the only part of the flag that moves are the points belted to the pole, stretching the whole flag out like taffy, if I let it continue to run, the program starts freaking out.
funny thing is when I use a simpler plane (fewer points) it works.
do I just need to simplify the plane I want to use?
