  Closed Captions – A Bug or Glitch

  closed captions CEA-708 Service 1 (Premiere Pro 2017)

  I am mid way through a 21 minute project – Suddenly the text simply will not appear on screen after input – then when I try to ‘delete’ and start over the caption box repeats the text over and over and over. I am assuming this is a major glitch / bug, but I am also wondering if somebody knows a work around?

  is there a cut of for the number of captions in one project?
