    I was recently asked if Premiere would use VTT files to import closed captioning material, from what I can see that’s NO.

    However, I wanted to check and see if there is a plugin or other software to convert it to a usable format to bring it in.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Tod

    We have a product called ccConvert that converts VTT to SCC or MCC, but if you just need to do a couple, we have a server online you can currently use for free to do that translation:
