Closed Captioning on Premier Pro 2
Can I add close caption files to Premier Pro 2? If so how? If not what can I do to get video and dvd’s closed captioned for a reasonable price

You can’t close caption in Premiere Pro. You do that on the DVD itself by using Encore to author the DVD. The titles are not on the video, they are separate and can be turned on and off with the DVD remote.

It is indeed an Encore DVD project. Here’s a tutorial from Adobe:
