Closed captioning assistant
John Rofrano has just come out with a CAPTION ASSISTANT program that works as a plug-in with Vegas. I’ve used it on for my entire PBS television series. It’s really fabulous and has saved me tons of money to be able to produce my own captioning SCC files.
