Closed Caption
I’ve been asked to quote to produce an infomercial. One of the broadcaster’s requirements is that it be closed caption. Since I’ve never had to address the issue before, I’d like to find out if this can be done from within Premiere Pro, (plugin?) or if a plugin is available for AfterEffects.
