Closed Caption in preview window

I included the snapshot in my post and to me it looks like it is toggled to be on.

If you select “grid”, can you see grid in Preview?
If yes, then your CC markers have issues.

For pop-on style caption, it should look like
{RCL}{ENM}{R14In00Wh}- HI. I’M MURRAY FROM “SESAME{R15In00Wh}STREET,” AND I’M LOOKING{EDM}{EOC}

For roll-up style caption, it should look like
{RU3}{CR}{R15In00Wh}AND IT’S THE INTERNAL VALUES,

In case, your CC markers are incorrect, no need to panick.
If you want pop-on style caption, the fix is pretty easy.
Save a copy of your Project just in case.
Tools->Scripting->Export Closed Captioning for DVD Architect, you get a .SUB file.
Delete all CC markers, then File->Import->Closed Captioning->
(Select File types. sub) to import the .SUB file.
You get your pop-on CC markers.

If you need roll-up style caption, you have to fix it one by one.
