I saw a video a couple weeks ago about an upcoming feature in Premiere Pro that would make it easy to clone people and move them in 3D space. The video had a bunch of Greek or Roman style columns with people walking between them.

Does anyone have a link to this or another similar video?

Did this feature make it into CS6?

I believe you are referring to a video where Adobe shared some research and development projects with no mention of any release.

Thanks. I thought it might be a CS6 feature.

Does anyone know if this feature was ever implemented?

Some of that is the sensei-enabled content-aware fill.
