How do I orient cloned objects towards the camera independently?
Example: An “x” cloned to ever vertex on a sphere, but the sphere remains in place while the X’s always face the camera.

If you use a target effector with your cloner and use the camera as the object for the target effector…I think that’s what you are getting at…

one way is to Clone the X onto the sphere. Go to the Cloner Object/Object tab and uncheck Fix Clone and Align Clone and put a Look at Camera tag on the X object.

The target effector actually has a dedicated “look at camera” mode.

That’s what I used and it worked wonders!
