Clone stamp tool preview?
Hi,
I miss the “preview” of how its going to look when applied, like in photoshop? Does the AE clone stamp tool offer this preview function? Or do you have to apply the stamp to see that it is wrong?

Turn on the clone stamp overlay setting in the paint window. Note that it doesn’t work exactly like in Photoshop.

There is a preview button in After Effects, it just previews the whole image – not just where your brush is. It’s a checkbox in the clone panel I believe.
