Clone Feature not Working in PS CS
Greetings, I am trying to apply a clone technique on a jpeg graphic I imported as a layer into my PS document. It has no effect on the image which is now a layer in my document. Now I can use the lasso tool, choose an area and after having done so, I can delete the stuff within the lasso’ed area. However on that same layer I cannot paint, erase or clone anything. The program shows that the tool is engaged, but nothing happens on the image. What is happening and how can I fix this.

Sorry to bother you. I closed the file and reopened it and everything was working fine. Sorry.
