    Hi Everyone,

I’ve had a new problem pop up with my GY-HD110. I’ve been trying to dub some raw footage over to DVD. Before I get to the end of any 63 minute tape, the “Head Cleaning Required!” warning starts to flash on the LCD monitor. I stop the dub, break out the JVC Cleaning Tape and use it in the deck of the GY-HD110. This seems to fix the problem for about 30 minutes and then the same “Head Cleaning Required!” warning pops up. The head only has 91 hours and this is happening a lot. Any ideas? Does the head need to be cleaned by a pro? Where can I find a JVC authorized service center in Columbia, SC???

Sorry to hear that you’re having problems.
Have you checked out the actual tape that you’re capturing from?
Sometimes if the tape even has a small stretch it can glitch.
Sounds like you’re doing everything right though with cleaning and all…
Is your 110 still under Manuf. Warranty?
