I know how to set up a normal clock expression, but the motion of the hands is linear and pretty boring. Is there a way to have the hand tick with some inertia when it settles on the next second? Like a subtle bounce kind of thing?

Maybe just set up a null with your normal clock rotation, parent the hand, then use the inertial bounce expression on the hand itself with like a 1 degree rotation loop out that syncs up with the null object the way you’d like.
