Clips and Sequences keep changing names
Hi, Last night I upgraded to FCP 7. It is working fine except….
When I do an edit… lets say I insert a video clip. When I do that the name of the sequence changes to the name of that clip and all of the clips in the timeline become that name as well.
Really wierd.
Can anyone ehlp me out?

I know this sounds weird…. I followed the instructions that came with the software. I was not aware of any work arounds and now I am stuck with this thing renaming everything the same name.
Disapointing to say the least as I am in the middle of a project due Friday.

That is pretty brutal. A clean install could take an entire day.
Is there a upgrade for ver 7? Like a ver 7.1?
Id so does that fix it?
