I need to record clips from the FCP timeline to DVCpro and the timecode needs to be from the clips not the timeline. Is this possible? I’m using AJA Kona 3 to Panasonic DVCpro AJ-SD93.

More detail: I have imported footage from P2 cards and given the client a Timecode burn DVD. Now this footage needs to be given to a third party on DVCpro and still reference the TC burn from the DVD.

If you want the clip’s TC burnt in the picture, just drop the TC Reader filter.

In future you might want to give them a burn in with both original clip timecode and your sequence timecode… then you would give them the dub with the sequence timecode. It may still be your best bet.
