  CLIP NUMBER MUDDLE

  When import XDCAM media to vegas (I am using V7) I copy the clip icon of the XDCAM disc straight to a named folder on my second hard drive if I use 2 or more XDCAM discs and want to rename the second or third disc with the letter D instead of C all is ok untill I go to project media the first clip will read D0001(1)MXF the second clip is number DOO01(10)MXF next is D0001(11) MXF clip 3 D0001(3) is after D0001(19) and so on this can get very confusing .I only vegas 7 a few days so am a bit green with it yet how can I get the clips to rank in order.
