I find that whenever I pre-compose a comp, the newly created pre-comp in the main timeline gives no indicators as to where the animation it contains starts or finishes. It’s not a big issue since I can just scrub the timeline to find out but is there something I can change about my workflow in order to get a better idea of where things start/end?

I’d rather not have to go into the pre-comp and set up markers etc if possible unless this is the only solution.

That’s cool thanks, that helps. I guess I was hoping there would be something more automatic than doing that.
